š£ļø- Edward is a Librarian with Village Book Builders and organization that has collaborated with Nation Ubuntu. Nation Ubuntu is a humanitarian agency that provides supportive services to 56,000+ forcefully displaced persons in a refugee camp called Dzaleka. Dzaleka is located in Dowa, Malawi. Edward, shares a horrifying account of his immediate family being forcefully displaced, from the Democratic Republic of Congo by violent rebels. Edward and his immediate family members were abducted from their homes, beaten and tortured. To date, he doesnāt know whether his Mother, Father and many other members of his immediate family are dead or alive. Him and two of his siblings managed to survive. āāš© I asked for his permission to post this video. He lives in constant fear that the rebels will one day find out where he is and finish the job. š- At the end of the month the UNCHR is scheduled to cut funding to the residents of Dzaleka.
