Write something
Momentum makers Q1, 2026 Call is happening in 35 hours
Day 6: This one is about awareness, not judgment.
💭 What did you learn this year about what feels like “too much” for you? Simply noticing is progress.

Day 5: Boundaries don’t have to be dramatic to matter.
💭 What’s one thing you said no to—or didn’t take on—this year that helped you? Quiet wins are still wins. For me, one thing I did in 2025 was not feel obligated to attend every event, request, or gathering I was invited to. This allowed me the time and space to write more, publish my book without extra added stress, and really be present for the things I wanted to attend.

Day 4: Today is about energy, not productivity
💭 Where did you notice yourself slowing down, resting, or pulling back more than you used to? No explanations needed.
Day 3: Noticing how we respond matters.
💭 Can you think of a moment this year that could have overwhelmed you, but didn’t as much as it used to? What helped, even a little?
Day 2:Some growth shows up as ease.
💭 What feels a little easier for you now than it did earlier this year? Even small shifts count. When I spent some time with this prompt, I noticed that early in 2025, I was often carrying an uneasy feeling of being unseen or as though my needs did not matter. One example was around being asked to physically do things for others, even when I did not have the capacity to do them for myself. I would push through anyway, without pausing to check in. What feels easier now is recognizing that feeling sooner. When I have the space and calm to do so, I am more willing to speak up, honor my limits, and choose myself. It is still a work in progress, but the shift is real and meaningful. It feels very different than it did a year ago.
