Day 2:Some growth shows up as ease.
💭 What feels a little easier for you now than it did earlier this year? Even small shifts count. When I spent some time with this prompt, I noticed that early in 2025, I was often carrying an uneasy feeling of being unseen or as though my needs did not matter. One example was around being asked to physically do things for others, even when I did not have the capacity to do them for myself. I would push through anyway, without pausing to check in. What feels easier now is recognizing that feeling sooner. When I have the space and calm to do so, I am more willing to speak up, honor my limits, and choose myself. It is still a work in progress, but the shift is real and meaningful. It feels very different than it did a year ago.

Day 1 – 20 Days of Gentle Reflection
Over the next 20 days, we’ll move through a series of short, gentle reflection questions together. This isn’t about judging 2025 as “good” or “bad.” It’s about noticing progress, honoring what you’ve carried, and recognizing what supported you along the way. These reflections are first and foremost for you. You’re welcome to simply sit with them, journal privately, or take them into quiet moments throughout your day. And, if you feel called, this is also a space to share. Especially if something feels heavy or you realize you could use a little support. You don’t have to hold everything on your own here. Today’s reflection: 💭 What feels different about you now compared to the start of 2025? Share if it feels supportive. Stay quiet if that’s what you need today. 💛 Both are welcome here.

💛 How to Engage with Reflections in This Space
This community is a place for gentle growth, not pressure or performance. As we move through reflection prompts together, here are a few ways to engage that honor you and the group: ✨ Share only what feels supportive to share. Your reflections are first and foremost for you. Posting is always an invitation, never an expectation. ✨ Go at your own pace. You don’t need to keep up, answer every prompt, or respond on a specific day. Reflection works best when it’s unhurried. ✨ Keep responses grounded in your own experience. This is a space for “this is what I’m noticing” rather than advice-giving or fixing. ✨ If you need support, you’re welcome to say that. You can share simply to be witnessed, held, or encouraged. You don’t have to know what you need—naming that you need support is enough. ✨ When responding to others, lead with compassion. A heart, a “me too,” or a simple acknowledgment is often more powerful than advice. ✨ Take care of yourself first. If a prompt brings up something heavy, it’s okay to pause, journal privately, or reach out for additional support outside the group. This space is here to support reflection, connection, and self-trust, at a pace that honors where you are. You belong here exactly as you are. 💛

Project done
I finished my spanish flashcards today! They are even organized into the holders and I got all of them to fit within the 3 that I bought. Its a tight fit but they all fit. I will eventually make more but this set is complete!
Peace
I was just speaking with a Funeral home at work and we were discussing how nasty people can be together other when a passing occurs and we were talking about our confusion by that because we just want people to be kind. He told me "Honey listen, I broke it down like this recently. I can choose peace or I can choose war. War is not always violence, war can be words or nasty actions too. And I choose peace" We all know I value kindness but that simple twist of the words hit home even more!!! Not only will i choose kindness but I choose peace, peace for me and peace for the person I refuse to go to war with. I really liked that new way of looking at it and wanted to share:-)
