For those who have forgotten why we are here and what the goal of this community is:
With all the topics we have addressed over the past few weeks, you may have wondered what the core message of this group is and how it can help you personally.
Here is the answer:
The central theme is neural programming.
As you can see from the group's title, it's about a natural state of happiness.
We assume that:
Every person wants to be happy and avoid suffering. Every person has the right to be happy and free.
What we see:
As newborns, we are like blank slates. Over the course of our lives, we are filled with views, opinions, and thoughts about ourselves and others—through conditioning, manipulation, and the application of dark psychology methods.
These are intrusions into our original autonomy and often lead us away from who we could or should be.
The result:
Many unhappy people, some of whom live the lives of others and not their own.
The way forward:
The NLSP method – neurolinguistic SELF-programming, in which we identify, modify, and delete these programs and replace them with consciously self-chosen programming. Roughly speaking.
What makes us special:
We believe in the potential of the user. We are convinced that many issues can be resolved without external intervention (e.g., by a therapist or coach). It is therefore a method that guides people toward personal responsibility and encourages them to use their self-regulatory powers.
Why?
There are premises that we at NLSP put forward:
Every therapist or coach brings their own perspective to the process. There is no 100% guarantee that he (or she) will not encroach on an area of the client's life that violates their autonomy and sovereignty.
Every user is sovereign and their autonomy is sacred. No one may interfere in their issues without them having complete control over them.
There is a wise inner authority in everyone that is benevolent and supportive—the subconscious.
There is no such thing as nonviolent communication with other people. All communication is a struggle for truth, insight, and understanding. It is in the nature of communication to break down structures and therefore, by its very nature, it can never be completely nonviolent.
What do we experience?
Therapists or coaches break down issues that the client is not ready for. Not always intentionally or consciously. They use techniques and methods they have learned to guide the client to the deeper layers of their problems.
Statements such as, “I know that. It was the same for me...” are signs that the coach has taken an intrusive position in the process. If the coach then goes on to tell stories from their own life, the matter is clear.
Conclusion:
If you do not trust that there is a wise authority within you that can help you and you have an urgent need for a coach, then listen to your feelings and find a professional coach. However, if you still have some strength and capacity left and want to give yourself the chance to try it together with this wise, subconscious authority, then you are welcome to let us accompany you on this journey.
