I’ve just shared a new Gentle Reflection on Medium called Gentle Sleep & Deep Rest.
It’s an offering for anyone who feels tired beyond sleep — when the body is resting but the nervous system is still alert, or when night-time brings more thinking than settling.
This reflection isn’t about fixing sleep or forcing calm.
It’s an invitation into softness, permission, and letting rest meet you where you are.
