I really love this meditation portal. I find the sessions comfortable, reassuring and calming and they fit perfectly into a busy day as I can listen at bedtime, when I can’t sleep (it works!) a relaxing half hour in the day or even when I’ve only got a few minutes. I like that there’s a good mix to choose from, so I can pick something that suits how I’m feeling. I’ve definitely noticed I’m less stressed and much better at switching off since using it. It’s become something I genuinely look forward to and I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting a bit more calm in their day and to ease anxiety and stress.
