My Life! My Ikgai!
At age 10, I witnessed my West Anniston community displaced due to PCB contamination. That experience shaped my passion for protecting children’s health and advancing environmental justice. With a background in social work and child welfare, an MPH, and CHES credential, I combine trauma-informed care, public health expertise, and health education to design programs, influence policy, and create career pathways that empower youth and strengthen communities impacted by environmental hazards.
