Is Your School Running on Systems… or Memory?
I just had an amazing 1-on-1 audit call with a school owner, and one thing became really clear:
A lot of school owners don’t need more ideas.
They need systems.
Systems that make the day-to-day easier. Systems that create a trackable, repeatable process. Systems that allow the school to grow without everything living in the owner’s head.
And honestly, I think this is normal for a lot of us.
Most schools start with the owner holding everything together through hard work, memory, experience, and instinct.
But at some point, growth requires structure.
So I’m curious…
Where do you feel like your school is right now?
1️⃣ Most things are still in my head
2️⃣ We have some systems, but they’re not consistent yet
3️⃣ We have systems, but we need better tracking
4️⃣ We’re pretty dialed in, but always improving
