He loves tracking data, pays attention to the details, asks thoughtful questions, and genuinely wants to understand what’s happening inside his academy—not just guess. What I respect most is that he also understands the value of mentorship. No matter how smart we are, we can all get where we’re trying to go faster when we have someone helping us identify blind spots and stay focused on the right things. I just had an amazing 1-on-1 audit call with a school owner, and one thing became really clear: A lot of school owners don’t need more ideas. They need systems.
