🥋🇨🇭 XFC ROME 2026 — OFFICIAL DEMONSTRATION 🇨🇭🥋

We had the honor of opening the XFC European Championship gala in Rome with a demonstration prepared by the Swiss delegation.

Our message was simple, universal, and deeply human:Respect, Peace and Protection.

We practice martial arts and combat sports to defend these fundamental values. Respect for others, protection of the weak, and peace between people must remain at the heart of our practice.

We are not here to make politics. Of course, we could walk with the flags of all the nations suffering from war, injustice, or violence today. But on behalf of XFC, Mixed Fighting System Switzerland, and BRICPOL, we chose to carry a universal message: peace, respect, and the protection of fundamental human rights around the world.

Every child deserves to grow up in a home where safety, respect, and peace exist. Every child should have the opportunity to practice martial arts to learn discipline, self-defense, and how to become a better human being.

This demonstration was also meant to remind people that behind every combat sport there is a martial root, a philosophy, and a heritage. We deliberately mixed kung fu with modern combat sports to show that performance cannot truly exist without the values of Budo:

Honor. Courage. Integrity. Loyalty. Respect.

Our program was a real human challenge because we wanted the entire delegation to participate. From the youngest member of our team, Bryan, 7 years old, to the oldest member, myself, 52 years old, everyone had to show their passion and their place in this collective adventure.

We presented all the disciplines practiced within our federation: kung fu, boxing, free boxing, BRICPOL, kickboxing, and grappling.

And what makes this story even more beautiful is that in almost every discipline presented during this demonstration, our team later won European titles.

That gives even more meaning and value to the first-place demonstration medal we received in Rome. 🏆

Nous avons eu l’honneur d’ouvrir le gala du championnat d’Europe XFC à Rome avec une démonstration préparée par notre délégation suisse.

Notre message était simple, universel et profondément humain :Respect, Paix et Protection.

Nous pratiquons les arts martiaux et les sports de combat pour défendre ces valeurs fondamentales. Le respect des autres, la protection des plus faibles et la paix entre les peuples doivent rester au cœur de notre pratique.

Nous ne sommes pas là pour faire de la politique. Bien entendu, nous pourrions marcher avec les drapeaux de toutes les nations qui souffrent aujourd’hui de la guerre, de l’injustice ou de la violence. Mais au nom de l’XFC, du Mixed Fighting System Suisse et du BRICPOL, nous avons choisi de porter un message universel : celui de la paix, du respect et de la protection des droits fondamentaux partout dans le monde.

Chaque enfant mérite de grandir dans un foyer où règnent la sécurité, le respect et la paix. Chaque enfant devrait pouvoir pratiquer un art martial pour apprendre à se construire, à se défendre et à devenir une meilleure personne.

Cette démonstration avait aussi pour objectif de rappeler que derrière chaque sport de combat existe une racine martiale, une philosophie et un héritage. Nous avons volontairement mélangé le kung-fu et les sports de combat modernes afin de montrer que la performance ne peut exister durablement sans les valeurs du Budo :

Honneur. Courage. Droiture. Loyauté. Respect.

Notre programme représentait un véritable défi humain, car nous voulions que toute la délégation participe. Du plus jeune membre de notre équipe, Bryan, 7 ans, jusqu’au plus âgé, moi-même, 52 ans, chacun devait pouvoir montrer sa passion et sa place dans cette aventure collective.

Nous avons présenté toutes les disciplines pratiquées au sein de notre fédération : kung-fu, boxe anglaise, boxe libre, BRICPOL, kickboxing et grappling.

Et ce qui rend cette histoire encore plus belle, c’est que dans pratiquement toutes les disciplines présentées durant cette démonstration, notre équipe a ensuite décroché des titres de champions d’Europe.

Cela donne encore plus de valeur à notre médaille de première place en démonstration remportée à Rome. 🏆

Tuvimos el honor de abrir la gala del Campeonato de Europa XFC en Rome con una demostración preparada por la delegación suiza.

Nuestro mensaje fue simple, universal y profundamente humano:Respeto, Paz y Protección.

Practicamos las artes marciales y los deportes de combate para defender estos valores fundamentales. El respeto hacia los demás, la protección de los más débiles y la paz entre los pueblos deben permanecer en el corazón de nuestra práctica.

No estamos aquí para hacer política. Claro que podríamos caminar con las banderas de todas las naciones que hoy sufren guerras, injusticias o violencia. Pero en nombre de XFC, Mixed Fighting System Suiza y BRICPOL, elegimos transmitir un mensaje universal: paz, respeto y protección de los derechos fundamentales en todo el mundo.

Cada niño merece crecer en un hogar donde existan seguridad, respeto y paz. Cada niño debería tener la oportunidad de practicar un arte marcial para aprender disciplina, defensa personal y convertirse en una mejor persona.

Esta demostración también tenía el objetivo de recordar que detrás de cada deporte de combate existe una raíz marcial, una filosofía y una herencia. Mezclamos voluntariamente kung fu y deportes de combate modernos para demostrar que el rendimiento no puede existir realmente sin los valores del Budo:

Honor. Coraje. Rectitud. Lealtad. Respeto.

Nuestro programa representó un verdadero desafío humano porque queríamos que participara toda la delegación. Desde el miembro más joven de nuestro equipo, Bryan, de 7 años, hasta el mayor, yo mismo, con 52 años, todos debían mostrar su pasión y su lugar en esta aventura colectiva.

Presentamos todas las disciplinas practicadas dentro de nuestra federación: kung fu, boxeo, boxeo libre, BRICPOL, kickboxing y grappling.

Y lo que hace esta historia aún más hermosa es que en casi todas las disciplinas presentadas durante esta demostración, nuestro equipo logró posteriormente títulos de campeones de Europa.

Eso da todavía más valor y significado a la medalla de primer lugar en demostración que recibimos en Roma. 🏆
