I'm a physical therapist who specializes in helping jiu jitsu athletes resolve chronic pain/injury from the deepest root.

I train Brazilian jiujitsu and Muay Thai kickboxing . I had laminectomy Feb. 24 Sciatica leg pain is mostly gone but my back stiffened up.
