Wisdom Many Do Not Know About Sleep!
Your dreams are one of the MAIN lines of communication your higher self uses to communicate with you. If you do not remember your dreams (because trust me, you dream every night) we have to work on adjusting your interest and what you INJEST. Every night you return to the higher realms…you just don’t remember. Here’s a tip, stop eating 5 hours before going to sleep. When laying in the bed tell yourself 21 times before going to sleep “it’s important that I remember my travels in the morning, I want to connect with my spirit.” Say it and feel it in your heart. When you awake the next morning DO NOT MOVE AN INCH. Not moving your head is important. Just be still and keep your eyes closed. Then try to remember what just occurred and walk your way back thru the night. Do this consistently without fail for 7 days then comeback to me for more insight. Peace 🤞🏿☺️
