How to Stop a Text Bot from Replying to a Specific Contact?
Hey Russ, quick question! how can I make the text bots stop responding to a specific contact? I already activated “Stop All Bots” in consolidata,” but even when I reply manually in the chat, the bot keeps responding.
Should I add a tag or something else to stop it?
