Customer Support/Booking bot combo
Apologies if I have missed this somewhere. Is it possible to program a bot to be both of these? Have you written a prompt like this? It's there to answer any questions about the business, drawing info from the business' website, and at the same time attempting to book an appointment where appropriate.
