Sorry if I missed this somewhere. Is it possible to program a bot to be able to sort the visitors need before even engaging the bot? See attached that I found on a website. It gives the visitor 4 choices on help they need. And then to program the bot to handle all 4(Or whatever the # of choices ). The website is Wiconcretecoatings.com

@Russ Ward Apologies if I have missed this somewhere. Is it possible to program a bot to be both of these? Have you written a prompt like this? It's there to answer any questions about the business, drawing info from the business' website, and at the same time attempting to book an appointment where appropriate.
