GHK-Cu
The copper peptide shilled as a pathway to Korean glass skin... I have used it daily at around 3mg for the past 9 months. I have noticed faster hair / nail growth, perhaps improved skin quality although other factors have been in play (accutane, hgh, tretinoin cream) nothing crazy. I like it, it isn't a miracle but worth taking in my opinion. Probably will have a more noticeable impact for older people that have already seen reduced collagen synthesis etc. The impact on hair is definitely stronger than on the skin.

Hair Protocols
Most men will experience hair loss in their lifetime, many in their 20s. Prevention is better than the cure. I'm genetically prone to hair loss, so I acted early. Below is everything I've taken and continue taking to protect it. - Oral finasteride at 17, combined with topical minoxidil. Daily. - Swapped out oral fin after weighing up the tradeoffs of reducing DHT systemically. Now use a combined topical spray with fin and min — easy, one step. - Added oral minoxidil on top of the topical spray. Might seem like overkill, but increased hair growth everywhere isn't a concern for me — it's a win. Hairmaxxing, Tarzan-maxxing, whatever you want to call it. Razors exist. Also lowers blood pressure. - Just added topical RU58841, which works differently to fin — it blocks DHT from binding to receptors in the follicle rather than reducing DHT itself. Designed to act locally rather than systemically. Some guys get dramatic regrowth from minoxidil. My hair's never been denser or grown faster — but since I acted before losing anything, I can't personally speak to regrowing hair that's already gone. Alongside the above, I also run GHK-Cu, Zinc, and HGH — all of which have some support for hair and skin quality as a secondary benefit, not their primary purpose. I'll break those down properly in a separate post since they cross over with the rest of my stack, not just hair.
