GLP-1s are everywhere right now. Before you consider one, ask yourself a simple question: have you ever actually gotten shredded, at least once naturally? If the answer's no, leave them alone for now. Dieting and training principles are what actually get you there regardless of anything else you're taking. A GLP-1 doesn't know how to diet for you. Not saying they're not useful — they clearly are. But the best use case for them are overweight mums who will never do the cardio and diet alone and needs something to break the pattern. Not for young guys wo haven't even built any substantial muscle yet. So here's how you actually do it properly: Find your maintenance first. Track your calories and your scale weight daily for 1-2 weeks without changing anything. If the scale's flat, that's roughly your maintenance. Keep protein very high throughout. I use 1.5g per lb of bodyweight as my baseline. Don't let this slide as the diet gets harder — it's the thing protecting your muscle while everything else is scaling down. Fats from good sources only. Not a huge focus, just keep them clean. Taper carbs down week by week, rather than making one big cut on day one. Gradual works better than a shock to the system. Scale your cardio up in duration as you go, alongside the taper. I like incline steps on the treadmill, stairmaster, or the bike. 10k steps a day helps on top of this, but walking alone is not cardio — don't confuse the two. Best time to do cardio: first thing fasted, or straight after your lifting session, when glycogen's already depleted. That's the actual foundation. Nail this before anything else, stack or no stack. My experience with reta, yohimbine, and clenbuterol will be going up in Compound Experience Logs soon — my personal experience, not a recommendation.
