This is probably the most common question I get...
"What's the best peptide?"
My answer is always the same...
It depends on your goal.
The best peptide for someone trying to lose 50 pounds isn't the best peptide for someone recovering from an injury.
The best peptide for improving skin isn't the best peptide for building lean muscle.
Here's the mistake I see people make all the time...
They pick a peptide first and hope it solves their problem.
Instead, define the problem first.
Your goal determines the strategy.
The strategy determines the tools.
And peptides are just one of those tools.
Before you ever think about peptides...
Ask yourself these five questions:
✅ Am I eating enough protein?
✅ Am I strength training consistently?
✅ Am I sleeping at least 7 hours?
✅ Am I drinking enough water?
✅ Am I walking every day?
If you answered "no" to most of these, start there. Those habits create the foundation that any peptide strategy builds on.
Write your health goal using this sentence:
"By this time next year, I want to __________ because __________."
Be specific. The more specific your goal, the easier it is for this community to help you get there.
One thing you'll learn about me...
I'm never going to tell you a peptide is the answer.
I'm going to help you build the habits first, because those are what create lasting results.
When your nutrition, training, sleep, and recovery are dialed in, that's when we can have a conversation about whether a peptide might fit your goals.
Let's build the foundation first.
