Do you want to learn from your bloodwork ??
I wanted to take a minute to publicly thank Biohack Bill and also share my experience with everyone in this group.
A couple of months ago I was on one of Bill’s live Q&As and he told me to send over my bloodwork and he’d take a look at it. I took him up on the offer and I sent him quite a bit. It wasn’t just basic bloodwork. I sent over a very comprehensive panel, my methylation testing and some genetic testing I had done as well.
Bill took his time with it and when I got it back I was honestly blown away.
He put together roughly a 16 page review going through my bloodwork, methylation results and genetics. It was easily the most comprehensive review of my bloodwork I’ve ever received.
But what impressed me most wasn’t just the amount of information. It was how he put everything together.
Bill went through the markers that looked good, the ones that needed attention, what I should keep an eye on going forward and things I could actually do to improve them. And despite all of Bill’s knowledge about peptides, optimization and longevity, his answer wasn’t simply take this peptide, add this supplement and you’re good.
A lot of it came right back to the fundamentals.
Move. Train. Eat better. Get the basics right. Track the important markers. Keep making progress. Then build and optimize from there.
That’s something I really respect.
Bill brings a pretty unique combination of experience to the table. He’s spent a lifetime in personal training, he’s a Master Trainer with extensive nutrition and fitness education, he’s continuing his education in functional health and he’s deeply involved in peptides, health optimization and longevity. He also owns a peptide company and has his hands in a lot of different areas of the health and wellness world.
More importantly, he seems genuinely interested in helping people understand why they’re doing something instead of just telling them what to do.
He’ll also tell you when you’re doing something right. He gives you the knowledge and education but he’ll give you the pep talk too. Sometimes hearing you’re making progress, keep going, now let’s work on the next thing is just as important.
That was a big part of my review too. He didn’t just point out things that needed improvement. He recognized the changes I was already making with working out, trying to eat better and working on my health. His approach was basically you’re doing well, we’re seeing positive changes, let’s keep working at it, get the basics down and then we can build from there.
So this is both a thank you to Bill and a recommendation to everyone here.
If you’ve never had Bill review your bloodwork I would seriously consider doing it. Reach out to Travis and find out about setting up a consultation with Biohack Bill.
Whether you’re trying to improve your bloodwork, nutrition, training, overall health, fitness, longevity or you’re interested in peptides, stacking and optimization protocols, there aren’t many people who can look at all of those pieces together the way Bill can.
That’s what I think makes a consultation with him different. You’re not just talking to someone who understands one piece of the puzzle. He can look at bloodwork and health markers while also understanding nutrition, training, body composition, supplements, peptides, recovery, longevity and optimization and help you understand how those things fit together.
I’ve had doctors review my bloodwork before. I’ve never had anyone spend this much time actually educating me about what the numbers mean, what I should be paying attention to and what I can actually do about them.
If every routine bloodwork appointment came with this level of attention, education and insight I think we’d have a lot healthier people walking around.
Bill, thank you again for taking the time to do this for me. I genuinely appreciate it. The knowledge you’ve shared has helped me understand my own health better and given me some clear things to keep working toward.
And to everyone else in the group, get your bloodwork done, get it reviewed, learn what those numbers actually mean and use that information to improve your health.
If you’re looking for somebody who is going to take the time to really dig into it and give you more than just a quick look at whether your numbers fall inside the normal ranges, I would definitely get in touch with Travis and talk to Bill.
I think you’ll be glad you did. Sean K
