If there's a problem that's holding back growth, it's your job as the CEO to fix it.
That doesn't mean you need to roll up your sleeves and try to do every single task yourself.

If you don't have enough time to do jobs, hire a technician.
If you don't have enough leads, hire a marketer.
If you don't know how to handle your books, hire a bookkeeper.
If your day-to-day is absolute chaos or you're having trouble keeping track of what's going on, you can get a CRM for under $100/mo.
These are all just examples. The point is that if you know there's a problem holding you back, you need to do the math.
Figure out the cost of not fixing it.
If you can pay 10-20% of what it's costing you every year... FIX IT!
