Hey everyone! 👋 I'm Sophia, and I'm excited to be part of this community. I'm passionate about business growth, connecting with like minded entrepreneurs, and learning from others' experiences. Looking forward to learning from you all and joining the conversations. Happy to be here!

I want to thank all of the new members for joining. There's a good mix of contractors and marketers here, and all are welcome to learn and share. I've been using this community as a brain dump for almost a year now, and I'd love to have some meaningful discussions. What do you want to see in this space? More marketing tactics? Software recommendations? Weekly live Q & As?

I built my contracting company to over $500K in total revenue, and I want to help other small contractors succeed. All the knowledge on my website is free, whether you need help marketing, advertising, quoting or need help diagnosing an issue within your company, all the resources and tools on my website are free, we don’t put anything behind a paywall or sign up form. I have a real passion for construction and I’d like to save fellow contractors the headache if I can. By the way, my name is Michael, nice to meet you. https://blackmountaintech.ca
