Hi all. I’ve been investing since 2000. Did a dozen flips from 2000 2010. Studied under Ron Legrand mainly. Did all sorts of transaction types. Lease options. Owner financing. Creating a note in selling the note to a buyer. Straight note brokerage. Residential mortgage lending. Have been out for the last 10 years post divorce-and I’m looking to get back in investing. Looking for some big checks. :) thank you all.
