Why Desk Days Drain You More Than Training Days?
A lot of people think low energy means they’re out of shape.
Most of the time, that’s not the case.
I’ve worked with people in high-pressure desk jobs, long days of emails, calls and constant decisions.
By the end of the day their body hasn’t done much… but their nervous system is fried.
That’s why workouts can feel harder after a full desk day.
It’s not a fitness problem. It’s mental fatigue.
This is why I keep sessions short and focused for a lot of my clients.
You don’t always need more time. You need the right kind of work.
Anyone else feel more tired after a full desk day than a physical one?
