Welcome to Beyond the Game! 👊
We’re excited you’re here! Let me introduce myself. I’m Rob, the community manager! You also have @Dr Keith Brennan, @William Peay and @Windell Peay here as the guys who are putting this community together. This community was built to help athletes, parents, and coaches succeed not just in sports, but in life. Whether you’re trying to navigate recruiting, NIL, performance, leadership, or simply become the best version of yourself, you’re in the right place. Here are 3 ways you’ll get the most value from this community: 1. Introduce Yourself Tell us who you are, what sport you play (or who your athlete is), where you’re from, and what your biggest goal is. The more we know about you, the better we can support you. 2. Ask Questions & Learn from Others Don’t stay confused. If you’re wondering about recruiting, NIL, training, nutrition, mindset, scholarships, or anything else, ask! Chances are someone else has the same question. Also, browse past posts—you’ll often discover answers to questions you didn’t even know you should be asking. 3. Watch the Training Content Take advantage of the videos, resources, and expert interviews inside the classroom. Every lesson is designed to help you gain an edge and avoid costly mistakes while maximizing your athletic and personal growth. Your First Action Step 👇 Introduce yourself in the comments below and answer these three questions: - Who are you? - What sport are you involved in? - What’s the #1 goal you’d like this community to help you achieve? Welcome to the team—we’re excited to be part of your journey!
Let’s Talk!
Athletes: What are THREE WORDS you want people to associate with your personal brand? Parents: What values are you helping your athlete build that will serve them long after sports?

Lets talk money 💰
If you could teach a high school athlete just ONE financial lesson before they graduate, what would it be?
Losing Something in the Next Generation?
One of my biggest concerns with today’s younger generation isn’t their talent, intelligence, or opportunities. It’s the struggle to develop CHARACTER in a world that constantly rewards attention, popularity, money, and instant gratification. Especially in sports, we’re seeing more emphasis on exposure, rankings, scholarships, NIL deals, and social media followers. But here’s my question: Are we spending as much time developing the person as we are developing the athlete?
1 Thing ….GO
Start with 1 small thing to improve your health and eventually it turns into a snowball going down hill during an avalanche it keeps growing faster and faster. (bad habits do to unfortunately)
