Welcome! :)
Hi! You're here because: 1. You saw me randomly on TikTok and want to learn more 2. You're already part of the FB Group we have 3. You availed one of my free templates Whatever your reason is, I'm glad your here! 🥲 To be honest, I never had the intention to coach or teach, let alone prepare these courses for y'all. But I was overwhelmed by everyone's messages. Yes, I read each and everyone of your messages and y'all made me cry. 😟 I didn't actually think I was doing anything substantial until I met you guys. The purpose of me creating content in the first place was in hopes of getting a client. But I got more than that. I found out what I'm good at because of you--and that's why I want to share my brain with you! 😭 I hope you find this helpful. I poured my 4 years of experience into this! 💖 LET'S HELP EACH OTHER GROW INTO COMPETENT, IRREPLACEABLE VAs 🪴

Supporting Two Real Estate Clients for Only $3/Hour Each — Is It Time to Move On? 🥹
Hi guys! I’m Justin, and I’ve been working as a Real Estate VA for almost 3 years. I previously applied through an agency and got assigned to a realtor client. I started working with them last October, and little did I know that I wasn’t going to be supporting just one realtor, but two—for a total salary of only $6/hour. So basically, that’s around $3/hour per agent. At that time, I really needed a job, so I decided to accept the offer without fully realizing what I was getting myself into. Fast forward to now, I’ve been doing pretty much EVERYTHING—TC, EA tasks, SMM, listings, staging, and other admin work. The challenging part is that I’m supporting two realtors who sometimes give me tasks at the same time, and their priorities can overlap. There are also days when the workload is lighter, which is probably one of the reasons I’ve managed to stay for almost a year. But honestly, my heart is telling me that it’s time to look for a new client—someone who sees my value, pays fairly, and allows me to set healthy boundaries without feeling guilty. The only thing holding me back is fear. What if I don’t find another client? What if my next client ends up being even worse? 😭 I’d really appreciate any advice from fellow VAs, especially those who have gone through something similar. How did you know when it was time to move on, and how did you prepare yourself for your next client? P.S. This is also one of the reasons I joined this community—to learn, upskill, connect with other people in the industry, and hopefully grow as a Real Estate VA. ❤️
Tey, Operations Dir., 5 years
Hi guys! I’m new here. KC and I mostly interacted on TikTok, and I’ve always loved how she’s into exploring new places and creating systems; two things I’m really into as well! I’m the Operations Director and have been in operations for 5 years. I love learning new things, building better systems, and finding ways to make things work smarter. Excited to be here and get to know everyone!
