When stationed overseas, what did you miss the most about the USA? And after you got back, what did you miss from overseas? When overseas living in Europe twice, I missed the shopping hours in the U.S. and after I got back, I missed the slow pace of life in Europe. How about you?

Tell us about the moment in your service that changed who you are forever. Daily physical fitness changed me forever. I exercise 5 days a week still in my sixties and love the way it makes me feel! It is my life medicine. It is a habit I will never quit. What about you?

How many things in your life are on autopilot? I enjoy my monthly bills on autopilot. I only have one bill that isn’t. I feel a lot less stress with my bills this way. How about you?
