How did your relationship with fitness, routine, or health change after the military?
I've already said that my fitness started with the military. When I joined, I couldn't even run 2 miles in basic training. By the end of 8 weeks, I could run it, but not as fast as they required me to. When I got stationed in Italy, I used to run every other day and I got better. But as I aged, running gave me hip stress fractures so I had to stop. But I have kept doing exercise every day with dvds. I do aerobics and weight lifting. I like Denise Austin, Kathy Smith, Tony Horton, and Jillian Michaels. I do a different one each day. Does anyone else exercise with dvds? Or any online fitness gurus?
