Why are you not getting work?
I took this screenshot from LinkedIn in a discussion about how to get Work. This operations manager has said that they receive up to 1000 applications for a job and your CV must be on point. If your CV is not up to scratch it will get rejected it won’t even get past the first trap. For premium members we have a CV builder on beyond the surface offshore. There are drop-down menus you can add your own sections and it will format your CV for you no messing around with word documents. You can choose formats and customise your theme too. Simple!
