If you’re creating content on IG, or you’ve been wanting to, this is a simple use case you’re definitely going to want to try. I pulled up an IG reel from an AI influencer I love onto the side of my screen and opened Claude on the other side. I played the reel out loud and turned the microphone on in Claude. Claude transcribed it. Then I told Claude to swap out a couple of points more fitting for me, to make it more in my voice, and then it rewrote a script to use for my reel. That’s it! No typing out the transcript by hand, no staring at a blank page trying to come up with content, and no overthinking it. The lesson isn’t “copy other people”, it’s that inspiration is everywhere and the gap between “I love that” and “I made my own version” used to be hours, now it’s minutes. I don’t know about you, but even 5 minutes saved here and there add up to a lot of time! And these types of small but helpful tasks make Claude feel like a real assistant. For this one, I took a screenshot from an email of a dinner reservation. I've seen, via social media, a kind of backlash about the use of emdash in writings. Apparently, this is considered an automatic signal that AI was used to generate the writing/report/story, etc. So, I went to an AI and asked about it. Came across something new today when using Claude. I figured I'd share it for everyone. I was using Claude with plenty of time left in my chat window. Suddenly the chat window froze. It wouldn't accept or even acknowledge my typing prompt. (I didn't think to try the microphone option.) It was like Claude was having a brain freeze. I searched using the Google AI and learned that doing a Force Refresh handled the problem. For those on a Mac it is: Command + R
