Helpful tip for business owners and freelancers: Do you use, or have you heard of Notion? It's a pretty flexible database type program and is really awesome for organizing notes, client data, internal SOPs, etc. It can be a bit daunting, but if you have an AI program you use (like Chat GPT or Claude, not sure about the others), you can directly connect Notion to your chat. Then, you can build stuff directly from your chat. It's a lot easier to build from the chat than trying to fiddle around with Notion itself. I've been using Notion for a few years and still feel like I only scratched the surface - but using the Notion MCP with Chat GPT has been very helpful. Once you use it to help build something for you, you can look it over and continue asking the chat to help tweak things as you customize it to your liking. Some specific examples could include building a simple CRM or prospect tracker, building a database of your internal notes or SOPs, overall project management tracking, etc. Also, if you're a small business / freelancer, you can probably use the free plan. Notion has their own AI they sell which looks useful, but with the MCP connection, if you're already paying for Chat GPT or Claude, you can probably just stick with that.
