I trust you are looking forward to Christmas with some happiness in your heart. I know that for some, Christmas and New Year can be one of the happiest times of the year - but for others, it's not. Whatever way you view this time of year, I hope that you will be able to make some memories you can cherish as you go forward into the New Year. While on the subject of the New Year, have you made any New Year Resolutions? Is one of them getting your life back on track? Or, at least making an effort to change it? If so, I've got just the treat for you! In the past three months I've gotten way busier than I seriously expected. However, one of those busy times was spent creating a whole year's worth of Goals and Action Plans for the life that is ahead of you. It's a low-cost high-value course. You'll be able to access daily prompts that aim to jog your mind, body and spirit into action. I promise to start it off slowly, to ease you into the new way of being - then as you get more involved with it, you begin to see how you're creating the life you want. Interested? Hello! I've turned on the Tiers option on the Membership section, so you will have a choice of options available to you. Bewley Academy is quite small at the moment, but it'll grow and, as it does, you'll have more courses and content to choose from. Just now, I'm working on a couple of courses.
