Week 1 of the month: Live sermon review — 2-3 preachers submit clips, you break them down in front of the group. Week 2: Live Q&A — preachers bring whatever they're wrestling with that week. Prep questions, delivery struggles, how to handle a tough text. Week 3: Live sermon review round 2. Week 4: Hot seat or guest — one preacher gets deep coaching, or you bring in another strong communicator.

I will personally watch one full sermon per month and send back a 10-minute video review with specific timestamps and feedback. This level is capped at 10 people.
