Imagine, this is written right on the product declaration label itself! I literally laughed my head off! 😅😂🤣

How is it even possible for someone to create an ad like this?! Who is responsible? How can a lip GLOSS be MATTE?! 🫪🤯🤭🥸😅😂🤣 Doesn't the word itself say GLOSS — meaning something that shines! 🤔

Is this really how we make ads? Is this how you make ads?

Is this good for the company that produces the lip gloss? Companies fail or struggle for several reasons that I won't mention here, but the main reason for such a stupid and tragicomic ad comes down to one person: THE OWNER. 💡

Every private company owner who founded their own company should perform monitoring on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual level. This doesn't mean strict control or micromanaging — because you cannot control everything, and excessive control can actually be harmful. Instead, it means consistent monitoring of vision and quality, because nobody loves the company more than the owner (with a few exceptions), given their emotional connection to it. 🛑👀
