But creating impact isn't always about reaching millions of people. Sometimes, it starts with solving one problem, helping one person, or creating something that makes someone's life better. Building something meaningful takes time, learning, and a willingness to keep improving along the way. For those of you who are already working toward making an impact, what advice would you give to someone who wants to build something that truly makes a difference?

Imagine you're leading a team for the first time tomorrow. You have new responsibilities, different personalities to manage, and a team looking to you for direction. You can't fix everything on day one. So where do you begin? What's the first thing you'd prioritize? Share why you'd start there.

One of the best things you can do for your YouTube channel right now has nothing to do with making new videos. Track your CTR. Split test your thumbnails. Find what works. Then update all your old videos with the winning template. We took one old video from 100 views a day to 15,000 views a day just by testing thumbnails. That’s 900,000 new views when the test was done. YouTube liked what we were doing so much they asked if they could share it with their top creators. It’s always easier to change the packaging of an existing video than to make a brand new one. Stop sleeping on your old videos. They could be your biggest wins.

Not every effort gets noticed. There will be days when no one sees the work, the discipline, or the sacrifices you’re making. Do it anyway.
