When I first got into marketing, I thought passion alone would carry me. I’d spend hours creating posts, staying active, and chasing ideas. The problem? Nothing was consistent. Some weeks I got results, other weeks I was drained.

Then I realized it wasn’t lack of effort, it was lack of system. Once I built a simple email flow (welcome → nurture → offer), everything clicked. The passion was still there, but now it had direction.
