@George Markovic I agree with your sentiments here! I feel these are the keys to authenticity and success.
The one thing holding most people back from starting
A lot of people wait for the perfect time before they start. But confidence doesn’t come first. Action does. The creator grows by posting. The business owner grows by trying. The entrepreneur grows by failing and learning. Every step teaches you something. Don’t fear failure. Fear never starting at all. What’s one thing you know you need to start before this year ends?

Thanks for the tag @Kim Ivy Busa. Looking at the poll, things are already rolling for me—the momentum is there, and now it’s all about keeping it going. Right now, my biggest focus is discernment. With momentum comes a flood of new opportunities, partnerships, and referrals. While it’s an incredible problem to have, the real challenge is resisting the temptation to try and do everything. Success at this stage means staying fiercely committed to the current plan and keeping the vision laser-focused. It's not about doing more; it's about doing what moves the needle. @George Markovic @Milos Stankovic How do you all handle the "shiny object syndrome" when the doors start opening?
Why taking ownership might be the breakthrough you need right now
“Take ownership of everything in your world. Take ownership of your mistakes. Take ownership of your shortfalls. Take ownership of your problems. And then take ownership of the solutions that will get those problems solved.” - Jocko Willink Jocko Willink reminds us that growth begins when we stop blaming everything around us and start taking responsibility for our lives. It’s easy to point fingers at circumstances, other people, or bad timing. But real progress happens when you ask, “What can I do about it?” Owning your mistakes doesn’t make you weak. It makes you stronger, wiser, and more in control of your future. The moment you take ownership is the moment you take your power back. What’s one area of your life where you need to take more ownership?

@Kim Ivy Busa my business revenue results. I’ve been building my business and it’s generating revenue, but it’s falling short of my goals, so I really need to focus on it. I took ownership of my health nine months ago and I’m in great shape with a metabolic age 15 years less than my actual age. I took ownership of my business and it has grown and produce some revenue but now it’s time to focus and take ownership of the actual revenue results. I want to make sure I don’t have to “fire” myself as CEO😁
Stop Waiting and Start Taking Action
Don’t wait on your ideas. When you have a good idea, take action right away. Many people say they’ll start tomorrow or next week, but that can turn into never. Trust that the idea came to you for a reason. Take that first step, even if it’s small. Make the call. Send the email. Start today and build momentum. What reason has been keeping you from pushing forward?

@Kim Ivy Busa There have been times where I have failed to get things done because I was "too busy." Too busy, doing things that I didn't need to do. Too busy avoiding the things that lead to success. Procrastinating; doing the unimportant and non-urgent tasks first,. Too busy chasing shiny new pennies instead of the old things that move the needle. Too busy avoiding something because it's hard or uncomfortable. Fortunately these are mostly struggles of the past; but it's a daily battle to keep them there. It comes down to a decision, I know what it takes to be successful, and that comes down to focus and be committed to the end result and my goals..
Embrace Mistakes: The Key to Growth and Innovation
"Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new." — Albert Einstein Mistakes are proof that you're pushing boundaries and growing. Albert Einstein reminds us that the courage to experiment is what leads to progress and innovation. Avoiding mistakes often means avoiding the chance to learn and improve. What new challenge can you take on today to grow and learn something valuable?

I’m doing it right now, I’m creating an automation and workflow to capture emails/leads from my website to my CRM. I understand tech but usually don’t do the tech myself so I’m learning, doing and adding a skill.
