Forget Motivation, Just Do These 11 Boring Habits
Motivation is a fake friend that leaves when work gets hard. You cannot wait to feel inspired to start working. You need to be consistent instead. Jerry Seinfeld became a comedy legend because he wrote jokes every single day. He used a calendar and marked an X for every day he wrote to make sure he did not break the chain. This teaches you how to build boring habits that create huge success. You will learn why discipline is better than motivation and how to keep going even when you do not feel like it. Success is mostly repeating boring stuff when you don’t feel like it. Discipline is just self-trust in action.

@Kim Ivy Busa So true. Your environment quietly shapes your mindset, protect your energy like it’s part of the goal.
I do this every single morning.
It changes my entire day. I call it the "#Believe Walk". Here is how it works. Go outside. You need fresh air. You need to move your legs. You need to get out of your box. Put your headphones in. Don't listen to the news. Don't listen to music. Listen to something that makes you want to build your dreams. I listen to stories of Steve Jobs or other legends. Walk for 20 minutes. That is it. If you start your day surrounded by greatness, you will act with greatness. If you start your day with negativity, you will stay stuck. Your environment dictates your success. Who is joining me for a 30-day challenge?
I do this every single morning.

This is such a powerful ritual. How you start the morning really does set the mental tone for everything that follows.

Also, “Surrounded by greatness” is a mindset shift. Feeding your brain the right input first thing is a game changer.

Morgan Freeman’s journey reminds us that growth is built quietly over years of effort. Every rejection, small role, and life experience shaped his craft, so when the opportunity finally came, he was ready. Success isn’t about age, it’s about staying committed to your purpose and trusting your path.

@Kim Ivy Busa So true. His story really proves that consistency and grit beat timing, setbacks can fuel the fire if you let them. Never out of the game.
A 2 Hour Journey Back to Love and Inner Peace | Wayne Dyer Motivation
Mastering the art of manifestation starts with assuming the feeling of your wish already being fulfilled. Dr. Wayne Dyer teaches that the universe is a vibrational match to your thoughts, meaning you must live from a state of completion to attract your desires. By focusing on what you want rather than what is missing, you move beyond the limitations of the ego and tap into the infinite power of the I Am presence within you. @Kim Ivy Busa Love this. When you’re in sync with yourself, everything else starts clicking into place. Not selfish at all, it’s the foundation for everything else.
Decision Making Style
Leaders make choices differently. Do you trust your instincts or rely on data to guide your decisions? Which approach brings out the best in you and your team?

A balance of both works best for me, data gives direction, and instinct adds the human touch.

Data informs the decision, but experience and intuition shape how it’s applied with the team.
