Intro
Hey everyone, wanted to briefly introduce myself and (hopefully) get some insight from the group.
I live and work in Overland Park, Kansas. My wife and I started our own physical therapy practice 8 years ago in our garage gym and now have a free-standing location with 2 other employees and were recently recognized as one of the top-5 PT practices in our area.
Needless to say, I've spent plenty of time working (doing) to grow our business and definitely fit the over-achiever archetype.
Within in the past 3 months, I've cut out podcasts and all social media and discovered through the quiet that I'm not very good at living in the quiet.
I've used the Monk Manual 90-Day planner for the last 3 years and through some recent reflection and some of the conversation in the Q&A last night, recognize I need to get a lot better at being.
I'd deeply appreciate anyone's insights on how you make stillness, reflection, and being a part of your days beyond the reflection portion of the Monk Manual.
