βœ… What I Did Today
  • Made 40 outbound cold calls β†’ booked 1 new meeting
  • Officially started the Behind The Build Skool community
  • Began building an automated GoHighLevel sequence where tagging a contact will: send them a VSL (video sales letter) explaining what we do, deliver text + email reminders to increase show rates, and automate follow-ups so more calls turn into onboarding calls (not just demos)
πŸ’‘ What I Learned / Noticed
  • Stay consistent, even when it gets hard, because you never know how close you are to the next "yes"
  • It may take 50 "no's" before a yes but with practice and consistency this number will get lower
  • A strong, personalized pre-meeting follow-up sequence not only can sell before the call, but it also makes cold calling and outreach 10x easier since you just need to tag the contact to add them to the workflow and the rest of it is automated
  • Once they are in the workflow, you can continue outreach as normal
🎯 What’s Next
  • Finish building out the pre-meeting follow-up automation sequence
  • Integrate with services that allow blue text message (iMessage) texting for opted-in leads
  • Track show rates before and after implementing the automation to measure the impact
