I learned to box and got to appreciate how to create force in close proximity
He looks like a fighter, delivering a vicious right hand
Bat never gets behind him, he’s in perfect balance, operates in an EXTREMELY small space
What follow through????
Acceleration, “speeding up” is the key
The litmus test of how well you accelerate is how well you decelerate
The check swing and “full” swing are more similar that they are dissimilar
