Key Feels from hitting with Czech National Team Hitting Coach
Got to train with the Czech National Team's hitting coach today — American dude with fresh eyes since he's never seen me hit before.
He had me try some drills I’ve never done before and they instantly unlocked two HUGE feels:
  1. Lowering my hands in setup took the tension out of my shoulders. Felt instantly more relaxed and directional through the ball.
  2. Chest over plate/knees gave me better posture and helped clean up my load. Direction to center/right-center improved on the spot.
Reminder: just because something worked last year, doesn’t mean it’s the move this year. You’re a different hitter every season.
