How to Use Top Hand ๐ฅ
When doing top hand work- instead of manipulating the barrel and forcing the ball up the middle or the opposite field... pretend someone is coming at you and you're looking to take their head off.
Start slow and make sure you're loose, but think more about how you would actually swing that bat and then take that into your normal swing. Has been huge unlocks for our guys.
