Have you noticed?
I've noticed something lately: a lot of us know what we *should* be doing, but we're stuck on what we actually *want* to be doing. There's a difference. Should comes from outside. Want comes from inside — and that's where purpose lives. So here's what I'm curious about: What's one thing you've been putting off or pushing aside because it felt too risky, too selfish, or too "not practical"? The thing that might actually matter most to you? You don't have to share it if you're not ready. But sit with it for a second. Notice what comes up. What would change if you took that one thing seriously?
Look what I saw...
So there I was scrolling FB. The algorithm picked up my SKOOL traffic and my group. LOL LFG got in the picture too!!!

My Dog Boo has an identity.
My dog is pretty funny. He likes to run around the house in circles and then jump on the couch. We call this the 'zooooomies'. He barks like a rabid dog at sounds, knocks at the door, and, in general, whenever he wants. He is a solid white Pomeranian so we call him "BOO". Every morning when I sit down with my laptop, he runs to me and puts his paws on my chair. This is a well-established routine, "the morning ritual," that has been repeated 1000s of times. He waits for three things. 1) He wants me to scratch under his front legs (his little armpits). 2) He wants me to pet and rub his face. And finally, 3) He wants me to talk to him and tell him he's a good boy. - There are days when this ritual is the highlight of my morning. Today it sure was. Today, fresh off a bath, he is being 'extra' sweet and came to me this am for the 'ritual'. Right in the middle of petting him and telling him how he was a clean, pretty little guy, the thought went through my head, he 'needs this' - this is a part of who 'he is'. He can't speak, so his actions are demonstrating what he needs. I just sat that a moment, then I realized that even dogs express and act on their instinct and identity. I realized that our ritual had become a part of his 'morning check-in' to reset his identity and make sure he and are 'cool' together. Today, it was extra special because now I believe I not only get to pet him, I want to reassure him and love him too. People are like Boo. We have patterns we follow and those patterns express our 'needs', 'wants', 'desires', 'passions', etc. When you begin your day what routine can you implement to help you build your identity? Maybe it's as simple as petting your dog, making a goal, etc. Your "ritual' will become your identity. -Happy Tuesday

My Dog Boo has an identity.
Always been that guy.
True story: I've been trying to become a life coach for some time now. I saw a guy in the parking lot of Panda today he was a former employee. I told him what I was up to, and I told him, "I'm trying to make it work - I don't have a lot of traction right now, but I'm trying to help people achieve their goals." (Something along those lines). He told me something that I will never forget. He said, "Boss, you've always been like that." "You helped me and my life; you helped save my life..." - I needed to hear that today. Being a coach isn't always 'uplifting' ---some days it feels like watching paint dry. Today - one person made my day. I've always been 'this guy '; I just needed to hear it too.
