I realized that I had to many items on my calendar each day. To make it more manageable so I am not feeling behind, I am narrowing it down. This morning I smelled some roses on the table, spent 15 minutes on the stationary bike and read for about 20 minutes. I left Journaling on my list because I really want to do that but I was out of time this morning.
A couple years back, I had 8 pages of "goals", reading and rituals to do daily. I may have done it 3 times that year. Now I want manageable, small changes that help me to get stronger mentally and physically as well as challenging me to grow.
What is one thing you could do, that if done for 15 minutes a day, could help you achieve a goal? Maybe it is simply writing down 5 things you would like to do over the next week and choose one. Is it read a book, you can read for 15 minutes a day, or 10 pages, you set the expectation. You've got this.
