Monday Intention of the Week - Keep it Simple
It's so easy to get distracted by shiny objects, what's new and exciting, instead of making a plan and following it. It's amazing how the algorithm finds things to sprinkle on your path, but those things totally take me off track. I am listening to a 6 hour training podcast because one of the people I listen to on a regular basis highly suggested it. This podcast lines up with one of my top 3 goals, which is to grow Begin2Dream. Do I expect to have millions of followers? No. I want to find my tribe, the people I resonate with? Absolutely. I have talked to enough people on a day to day basis, to know there are a lot of people out in this world who are in the same boat. No one talks about all the changes that start mounting within the family, children growing up, older family members health declines, when you realize building your career isn't the most important thing in the world. Oh and then you stop and look in the mirror and don't recognize that person anymore. Keep it simple, stay on track. This community is to help me to grow too, mentally, physically and emotionally. To share the challenges and victories. To stay committed to my top 3 goals and to show up for myself and the members. Wishing everyone a blessed week. Begin2Dream your adventure starts here~

Monday Intention of the Week - Decisions
Here we are, half way through 2026. This is a good time to review your goals... Oh wait, where are they? Hopefully that wasn't your response but seriously, what have you accomplished this year and where do you want to end up in six months? It is a good time to make decisions on things you want to accomplish vs things that are taking up your time. Is doom scrolling online wasting hours of your day (you can check that out on your phone ask Google how)? What could you accomplish if you dropped one hour of shiny screen time, and replace it with one hour of concentration towards something that really matters to you? Say you wanted to journal, what if you spent 30 minutes journaling and 30 minutes planning out steps to that big dream that you left behind. What steps would move you towards your goal? Do you remember that fire that drove you years ago? It is still a spark inside of you, you just need to make one decision, to start working towards what reignites that fire . 🔥 No goal is to small or to large, it just needs to inspire you. Stop sitting in the miserable maybe of life, make a plan instead. You can't move forward if you are always looking back. What is one decision you want to make today, that will change the way 2026 wraps up for you? Don't make twenty decisions, because no one has that much time and that isn’t manageable. Make between one and three that you can commit to. You've got this! Remember, today is the first day of the rest of your life. Begin2Dream ~ Choose your own adventure. 💕

Monday Intention of the Week - Small Changes
I realized that I had to many items on my calendar each day. To make it more manageable so I am not feeling behind, I am narrowing it down. This morning I smelled some roses on the table, spent 15 minutes on the stationary bike and read for about 20 minutes. I left Journaling on my list because I really want to do that but I was out of time this morning. A couple years back, I had 8 pages of "goals", reading and rituals to do daily. I may have done it 3 times that year. Now I want manageable, small changes that help me to get stronger mentally and physically as well as challenging me to grow. What is one thing you could do, that if done for 15 minutes a day, could help you achieve a goal? Maybe it is simply writing down 5 things you would like to do over the next week and choose one. Is it read a book, you can read for 15 minutes a day, or 10 pages, you set the expectation. You've got this. Choose your own adventure! Begin2Dream!

Monday Intention of the Week - Breath work for Life
Anxiety and stress take over, you take shallow breaths and push through the day . Then go to bed and feel like you can't unwind amd your mind won't stop? Learn to breathe. During the day, walk away from the stressor, the desk, the phone, the noise of the day. Ideally I would suggest going for a 10 minute walk and take some deep belly breaths. If you have to sneak away to a restroom or your car to hide for a few minutes, do it. Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, then repeat 4 or more times. It takes practice, but the more you practice the quicker you will be able to get to a calm space. You can find lots of information from the Calm app to YouTube. Find what works for you, clear your mind and regulate your body. Stress doesn't have to control you, it may be a part of your life, but you can make it be a passenger in the back seat instead of battling you for control of your mind and body. Share your experience. Stop waiting. Start living. Begin2Dream.

Monday Intention of Week - Gratitude
It is something you hear about on podcasts and read about in self help books. Does it work? Personally I believe so. Do you need make a list of 25 items you are grateful for each day? You can if you want. I set an alarm on my phone for 7 p.m. each evening. It is set as repeat daily and the title is "What are you grateful for today?". My alarm goes off and I stop and think of several things I am grateful for today. Give it a try, you may keep it as a daily habit. Share your experience. Your next chapter starts here ~ Begin2Dream
