It is something you hear about on podcasts and read about in self help books. Does it work? Personally I believe so. Do you need make a list of 25 items you are grateful for each day? You can if you want.
I set an alarm on my phone for 7 p.m. each evening. It is set as repeat daily and the title is "What are you grateful for today?". My alarm goes off and I stop and think of several things I am grateful for today.
Give it a try, you may keep it as a daily habit.
