Our first focus: The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks. We are using this book as a diagnostic tool to find and break your "Upper Limit" behaviors. The Plan: 1. Read: Chapters 1 & 2 before April 30th. 2. Discuss: Use the new "Chapter Insights & Embodiment" tab to share your breakthroughs. 3. Coaching Lab: Join me live on Thursday, April 30th, for coaching and somatic integration. Hi ladies, I am back! I want to aplogize for taking a break. There was so much going on it felt overwhelming trying to hold it all. Stepping back allowed me to recalibrate, focus, and realize this is the very reason I want to help other women. It gets challenging when we try to do it all and/or over do ourselves.
