Becoming ladies,
I am so excited to announce a fresh evolution for this space! To help you reach the next level of the life you want, we are integrating a new "Coaching + Curriculum" hybrid.
Our first focus: The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks.
We are using this book as a diagnostic tool to find and break your "Upper Limit" behaviors.
The Plan:
- Read: Chapters 1 & 2 before April 30th.
- Discuss: Use the new "Chapter Insights & Embodiment" tab to share your breakthroughs.
- Coaching Lab: Join me live on Thursday, April 30th, for coaching and somatic integration.
