New Format: Expanding Our Capacity (April 30th)
Becoming ladies, I am so excited to announce a fresh evolution for this space! To help you reach the next level of the life you want, we are integrating a new "Coaching + Curriculum" hybrid. Our first focus: The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks. We are using this book as a diagnostic tool to find and break your "Upper Limit" behaviors. The Plan: 1. Read: Chapters 1 & 2 before April 30th. 2. Discuss: Use the new "Chapter Insights & Embodiment" tab to share your breakthroughs. 3. Coaching Lab: Join me live on Thursday, April 30th, for coaching and somatic integration. I'm back!
Hi ladies, I am back! I want to aplogize for taking a break. There was so much going on it felt overwhelming trying to hold it all. Stepping back allowed me to recalibrate, focus, and realize this is the very reason I want to help other women. It gets challenging when we try to do it all and/or over do ourselves. First live will be April 30th! I'll share more as we start getting closer to our live. I'm so excited to be back and share space with you all. ♥️
