🚨✨ ELORA UPDATE — IMPORTANT UPDATE ✨🚨

Hey y’all! I wanted to give everyone an update on the Elora shipment because I know I previously told y’all that the packages were on the way.

The shipment was initiated and shipping labels were created, which is why I originally shared that update. However, the package never fully entered transit and stopped moving after the labels were created.

I’ve now received an update from the vendor that the current Elora batch has a quality concern, so the shipment has been canceled before it was fully shipped out. Rather than allowing the batch to continue moving, they are producing a new batch.

📦 The new batch is expected to be completed toward the end of this month, with shipments expected to begin around the 25th.

I know this is later than what we originally expected, and I completely understand the frustration because I was expecting these to be moving too. 😩💕 But I would MUCH rather stop the shipment and wait for a new batch than have y’all receive something that doesn’t meet the quality standards I expect.

And just so everyone is aware — this batch DID come with testing. I stand TEN TOES DOWN 🦶🏽🦶🏽 when it comes to quality. Once the quality concern came up, the decision was made to stop the shipment and have a new batch produced.

I will NEVER compromise on quality just to get orders out faster. QUALITY OVER EVERYTHING. 💯

✨ Packages are STILL arriving! Everything else is continuing to move, but things are taking longer than usual, so please don’t panic if your package is taking a little longer than expected. 📦✈️

I’ll keep y’all updated every step of the way as I receive new information. I truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding! 🫶🏽💕 I know delays are frustrating, but I promise I’m just as ready as y’all are to get these moving!
